The 8 “Featured Listings” spots on our home page are sold on a first come, first served basis. The spots run from Monday to Sunday and the cost is $25.00 per spot.

Why do I keep getting an error when trying to upload an image?
All image files uploaded to our server must be less than 1.8MB. If your images are greater than 1.8MB, you’ll need to use an image editor to reduce the file size.

How long will my Open House ad run on your website?
All ads run for up to 7 days. We think the best day to post your ad is Monday, so it runs all week before the weekend of your open house. Your ad will also be accessible if someone searches for open houses within the past 180 days. All adds expire at the end of the day of your open house.

If I am a homeowner, selling my home without a broker, can I list my home on Open House By Zip Code?
